Submission Guidelines


a)  Abstract Guidelines:

  • Language: All abstracts must be written in English or Arabic.
  • Length: Abstracts should be between 150 to 250 words, written as a single paragraph.
  • Format: Abstract should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Technical Content Requirements: Abstract should include the following details:
    • Author(s) Information: Name(s), Institution's Affiliation(s), E-mail(s), presenting author should be indicated.
    • Affiliations: Mention the country along with the institution's name in affiliations.
    • Interested theme should be determined.
    • Abstract Statement: Clearly and concisely summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion of your original work.
    • Keywords: About 4 – 6 words, provide lowercase keywords, separated by commas (except for proper nouns and scientific names).
  • Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the format in the sample abstract provided (See abstract template for more information)
  • Abstracts NOT following the guidelines above may be rejected directly without any review.


b)    Full Paper Submission Guidelines:

  • Paper Type: Original, solid, unpublished and directly related to any conference themes.
  • Format: Submit your paper as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Length: Manuscripts should be about (8) pages long for papers written in English, or about (15) pages long for papers written in Arabic, formatted in single-column style.
  • Language: Ensure the manuscript is written in error-free language.
  • Font type and size: (See the Camera-Ready template for more information)
  • Sheet Margins: 2.5 CM for all sides of sheet.
  • Visuals: Include high-quality tables, figures and images with proper naming and labeling. Tables should be in text format not images.
  • Keywords: About 4 – 6 words, provide lowercase keywords, separated by commas (except for proper nouns and scientific names).
  • Affiliations: Mention the country along with the institution's name in affiliations and e-mails.
  • Applied Research: The conference is very interested in pioneering experiences in Arab countries and countries around the world. Therefore, special preference will be given to applied research that reviews and evaluates those experiences.
  • Required Content Sections:
    • Background – Introduce the research context, motivation and objective.
    • Motivation – Explain why the research is important.
    • Objective – Clearly define the research aim.
    • Statement of Contribution – Highlight the novel aspects of your study.
    • Methods – Describe the methodology and approach.
    • Results – Present key findings and observations.
    • Discussion – Interpret the results and in depth.
    • Conclusions – Summarize insights and future directions.
  • Submission: After preparing your full paper as per the above instructions, submit your manuscript via the official submission portal.
  • Manuscripts NOT following the guidelines above may be rejected directly without any review.
