At 11:43 AM on Monday, February 7, 1999, time came to a halt in a moment that Jordanians and the entire world will never forget, as Jordan bid farewell to its leader and architect of its renaissance, the late King Hussein bin Talal, may God rest his soul. Today, after twenty-six years since his departure, Hussein remains present in hearts and memories, a symbol of wisdom, humanity, and inspiring leadership that laid the foundations of modern Jordan and continues to be a guiding light for future generations.
