Bank Checks "Legal Problems and Treatments in the Central Bank of Jordan

This research aims to examine the legal issues related to bank checks in Jordan, with a focus on the role of the Central Bank in addressing these issues. The research analyzes current legislation and the procedures followed by the Central Bank to deal with bounced checks and the legal disputes associated with them. It also presents proposals and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the banking system in addressing these issues and reducing the legal risks associated with checks.
