Impact of working capital on the market value and profitability of Jordanian Commercial Banks (2000-2012)
This research aims to study the impact of working capital on the profitability and market value of Jordanian commercial banks during the period from 2000 to 2012. The objectives of the study are:
To measure the impact of working capital on the profitability and market value of commercial banks.
To identify the components of working capital in Jordanian commercial banks and evaluate their impact on the profitability of these banks.
To determine the relative importance of the impact of these factors and how their impact on the profitability and market value of banks varies.
To provide recommendations for improving the efficiency of working capital management in Jordanian commercial banks.
The study uses a statistical model based on regression equations to measure the relationship between working capital and bank financial performance measures.
