Investment funds in Jordan between theory and practice

Abstract Given the importance of investment funds cases as one of the most important tools of investment in modern economies, which attract, Collect and Invest capital from the small investors to finance different economic activities, this paper address the terms , concept, nature, and kinds of investment funds cases in general, and its importance economic role, it provide a good opportunity for the small investors to have a secure low risk investment, this small investors do not have the experience ,knowledge and the ability to diversity their investments, the investment, funds cases can invest and manage their savings to achieve good returns, and protect them from potential losses as a result of dealing direct with the financial market because of the high degree of risk, and this would be beneficial to the national economy and society, this paper addressed the three investment funds cases in Jordan, which still unable to play its desired economic roll to attract the savings of small investors, and provide safe investment environment for them, especially after their experience with recruitment firms phantom, this study recommended that the Islamic banks operating in Jordan should have prompt immediate roll to adopt the idea of the establishment of investment funds cases, specially that the infrastructure of these investment funds cases are available they have the investment tools and the manes and the excess for liquidity and financial market to lead anew successful investments.
