​​A)  At the level of creative people: 1. Holding archaeological lectures, seminars, and workshops specifically devoted to the field of new talent in various fields, and ways to develop and invest in them. 2. Activating the new e-learning, all of its sources from talented and creative people.
B) ​​At the level of small and medium enterprises: 1. Focus on qualifying the category of creative youth, in order to move them from the category of workers to the category of owners of large small projects. 2. Study the feasibility of investment ideas submitted by innovators, and train them on how to prepare them.
