Based on Al al-Bayt University’s vision towards innovation, supporting entrepreneurs from university students, and networking with relevant authorities and the local community, the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Al al-Bayt University organized an introductory session on the HTUx platform and the Nomu project for digital learning, in cooperation with Al-Hussein Technical University, and in the presence of the Director of the Center of Excellence, Dr. Hatem. Al Masaeed. Engineer Mai Hijazi, Director of Digital Education at Al-Hussein Technical University, provided a detailed explanation of the accelerated education paths offered by the HTUx platform in the fields of engineering, information technology, and business administration for a period of 6 months for the purpose of employment. Meanwhile, engineer Sanaa Issa, coordinator of educational projects at Al-Hussein Technical University, reviewed the digital program offered by the platform, “The Growth Opportunity Programme,” which is a fully funded scholarship within 10 technical courses, which are short and focused educational paths within flexible digital learning that lead to pioneering career opportunities in the field of technology. This introductory session comes as a result of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Al-Bayt University and Al-Hussein Technical University for cooperation in the field of digital platforms. The Al-Hussein Technical University team, engineer Layan Al-Ragheb, engineer Nada Al-Damour, and engineer Mutasim Al-Ajlouni, participated in the session. At the end of the session, which was moderated by the head of the Business Incubators Division at the Center for Excellence and Innovation, Tariq Al-Amoush, an extensive dialogue took place during which the engineers answered the students’ questions and inquiries and how to benefit from the free courses offered by the HTUx digital platform.
