The Deans' Council of Al al-Bayt University, chaired by Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, President of the University, and in attendance of the Vice Presidents and Deans decided to assign the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the Deanship of Scientific Research and the Quality Center the task of selecting a number of randomly completed master theses from various faculties in order to be evaluated by specialists from outside the university as of the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022.

The Council also approved holding the Exit Exam for undergraduate students in scientific faculties, and allocating a mark of 20% of the graduation project for this exam as of the second semester of the academic year 2021 / 2022.

These decisions come within a set of procedures taken by the University in order to measure the learning outcomes of its alumni of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. As such, improvement measures can be developed to improve these outcomes and in line with the University's endeavors to obtain international accreditation for its academic programs.​
