Al al-Bayt University denounces the criminal attack on two security personnel and affirms its support for the Hashemite leadership and security agencies.

Al al-Bayt University, represented by its president, Professor Dr. Osama Nusier, and its university family of teaching and administrative staff members and students, expressed its deepest condemnation and strong denunciation of the heinous criminal incident that targeted two security personnel in the capital, Amman, resulting in the martyrdom of one and the injury of the other while they were performing their national duty to protect the security and stability of the homeland.

The university affirmed that this criminal assault, which targeted the brave men of the security agencies, constitutes an infringement on the security of the homeland, the prestige of the state, and the rule of law, stressing that such criminal acts will not undermine the determination or cohesion of Jordanians, nor will they affect Jordan's safe and stable progress. On the contrary, they will increase the resolve of the nation's people to unite and stand together in the face of everything that threatens its security and stability.

The university reiterated its pride in the wise Hashemite leadership and its support for His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, may God protect him, and the state institutions and security agencies. It praised the great efforts made by the security agencies in preserving the security of the homeland and protecting its capabilities, appreciating the speed with which they dealt with the incident and apprehended the perpetrator, and affirming its confidence in their ability to confront anyone who contemplates tampering with Jordan's security or harming the safety of its citizens.

The university extended its sincerest condolences and sympathy to the family of the heroic martyr, asking Almighty God to encompass him with His vast mercy and grant him entry into His spacious gardens, and to grant the injured a speedy recovery, and to protect the brave men of the security agencies from all evil and harm.

The university concluded its statement by praying that God protect Jordan, its homeland, its leadership, and its people, and that He perpetuate the blessing of security, safety, and stability upon the Kingdom under the Hashemite leadership, and that Jordan remain mighty, impregnable, and its banner high and fluttering.
