The University Welcomes a Delegation from Hamraa Al-Suhaim Basic School


The university received a delegation of students from Hamraa Al-Suhaim Co-educational Secondary School, accompanied by the school's teachers, in a field visit aimed at introducing the students to the various facilities of the university and strengthening their connection to the academic and educational environment.


The visit included a tour of the Hashemite Library, where students learned about the library's departments and the knowledge and cultural services it provides to students and researchers. They also visited the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences, where they learned about the laboratories and scientific disciplines within the faculty, and took commemorative photos next to the dinosaur model that represents historical development. In addition, they were briefed on the modernization and development of the university's buildings and various facilities.


The visit also included a tour of the Center of Excellence, Creativity, and Innovation, where students listened to an explanation about the center's role in supporting creative ideas and developing innovation skills among young people, in addition to visiting the University's Voice Radio and learning about the radio's work mechanism and the programs it offers.


During the visit, the students listened to a detailed explanation about the university's mission, objectives, and its most prominent facilities, presented by the Assistant Director of Public Relations and Media, Dr. Adnan Shudaifat, and they also toured a number of the university's colleges and various facilities.


The school's teachers, who are graduates of the university, expressed their pride in the advanced level that the university has reached among Jordanian universities, praising the modernization and development of its academic and service facilities.


At the end of the visit, the students expressed their happiness with this experience, which allowed them the opportunity to learn about the university environment and the educational and cultural services that the university provides to its students.
