A lecture in the Centennial Hall at the Faculty of Educational Sciences entitled: (Solving Problems in a Creative Way)
Within the framework of enhancing interactive training activities at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, a lecture entitled "Creative Problem Solving" was organized on Sunday, December 21, 2025, in the Centennial Hall. It was presented by Dr. Yumna Ahmed Atoum, a faculty member at the college, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Youssef Miqdadi, and the Head of the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations, Dr. Alaa Harahsheh.
The Dean of the College and the Head of the Department welcomed the participating students, emphasizing that such lectures are not merely theoretical sessions, but rather an open space for interaction and participation, and experimenting with new tools and methods of thinking, stressing that creativity in problem-solving is a necessity in a rapidly changing world full of challenges and opportunities.
The lecture reviewed the concept of the problem in general, and emphasized the importance of adopting an innovative scientific methodology in addressing it. It also included real-life examples of various problems, explaining how to employ various creative scientific methods to reach effective solutions.
The lecture was distinguished by interactive dialogues and discussions that addressed the best ways to face the personal challenges that students face in their university life, while allowing the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views on the most effective ways to deal with these problems effectively.
