The Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Al al-Bayt University held a training course entitled "Linux" for university students, in cooperation with the cybersecurity expert and trainer, Engineer Ali bin Bakkar.

The Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Al al-Bayt University, Dr. Hatem Al-Masaeed, spoke about how the university administration and the center provide all facilities for students to obtain benefit and practical training on programs that keep pace with the requirements of the times.

It is worth mentioning that the course focuses on the practical aspect by 80% and the theoretical aspect by 20%, whereby the student acquires through it working with the Linux environment, managing files, folders, the system's basic commands, dealing with file permissions and processes on the memory and filters, and understanding the work of the system kernel.

The course is held over 3 days, with 18 training hours, with the participation of more than 25 male and female students.
