The Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship organized an introductory workshop on Al al-Bayt University Award for the Creative Employee. The workshop was attended by the Head of the Award Committee, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, and a member of the Award Committee, Dr. Mukhallad Al-Hawamdeh, in the presence of Dr. Hatem Al-Masaeed, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Mr. Wael Shaddad, Director of the Human Resources Department and member of the Award Arbitration Committee, and a number of employees wishing to apply for Al al-Bayt University Award for the Creative Employee.

Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib presented a summary of the instructions and foundations for participating in the award and its role in appreciating the employees of the university and motivating them to excel and innovate, pointing to the efforts of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in establishing a culture of creativity and establishing this award to support performance and enhance achievements within the strategic goals of Al al-Bayt University.

Dr. Mukhallad Al-Hawamdeh gave a detailed explanation of the mechanism for applying for the award and the importance of using the award document and guide when submitting data that supports the files of candidates for it, pointing to the importance of spreading a culture of creativity and keeping pace with the rapid developments in various fields.

At the conclusion of the workshop, which was managed by Dr. Saleh Al-Zyoud, Secretary of the Award, the speakers answered questions and inquiries from the audience.​
