The university president, Professor Osama Nusair, sponsored the celebration organized by the Logistics Support Department on the occasion of Arbor Day. The event took place at the main entrance of the university gate, with the presence of the university's vice presidents, several deans of colleges, members of the teaching and administrative staff, as well as university employees. 

Dr. Nusair expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all participants from various university departments for their interest in improving agricultural spaces. He confirmed the university's commitment to dedicating efforts to plant trees of different kinds, fostering a culture of tree planting and enhancing the university environment, which contributes to improving the environmental beauty, especially at the main entrances of the university. He also pointed out the important role of these initiatives in mitigating the effects of climate change and preserving plant cover within the campus.

The celebration of Arbor Day at Al al-Bayt University falls within the national efforts aimed at promoting a culture of tree planting, increasing green spaces, and encouraging activities that contribute to environmental preservation and improvement within the university.​
