Conclusion of the activities of the Job Search Clubs program at Al al-Bayt University
The job search club "Esa" activities concluded at Al al-Bayt University, organized by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Excellence in collaboration with the Business Development Center (BDC), in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, and supported by UNICEF Jordan, the International Labour Organization, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. 

The ceremony was attended by the Vice Presidents of Al al-Bayt University, Professor Dr. Hani Akho Rashida and Professor Dr. Muhannad Akram, along with the Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Excellence, Dr. Hatim Al-Masaeed. 

In his speech during the ceremony, Professor Dr. Hani Akho Rashida emphasized that organizing such programs aligns with the university's vision for excellence in education, scientific research, and community service, noting the university's constant commitment to support its students and enhance their capabilities. 

For his part, Professor Dr. Muhannad Nazzal clarified that the "Esa" program aims to equip students expected to graduate with job search skills and develop their capabilities to increase their opportunities in the labor market and enhance their potential in entrepreneurship. 

Dr. Hatim Al-Masaeed, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Excellence, pointed out that the center continually seeks to support students and enable them to build their capacities, which contributes to preparing them to enter the job market with confidence and competence. 

It is noteworthy that the "Esa" program is the first of its kind at Al al-Bayt University, lasting for 14 days and involving 59 male and female students from various disciplines. The program included intensive training on resume writing skills, job interview techniques, networking, the concept of the green economy, and self-marketing, aiming to empower youth to enter the labor market. 

The program was executed by a distinguished team of trainers, including Tareq Al-Amoush, Hanan Al-Shdaifat, Ruba Obaidat, and Ahmad Al-Azzam.​
