The initiative focused on highlighting the importance of supporting people with disabilities and fostering feelings of cooperation and love between them and their peers from among able individuals, with the aim of building an inclusive and sustainable university environment characterized by a spirit of loyalty and belonging to the university. 

This initiative was overseen by Dr. Maysa Talilan Al-Saleem, who emphasized in her speech the significance of extracurricular activities in shaping the personalities of students with special needs and enhancing their integration into the university community, which achieves numerous positive outcomes on both psychological and social levels. 

Dr. Al-Saleem expressed her deep gratitude to His Excellency the university president, Professor Osama Nasir, for his ongoing support and encouragement of student initiatives, especially those concerning individuals with disabilities. She also praised the efforts of the Dean of the College of Educational Sciences, his deputies, and the head of the Department of Psychological Sciences and Special Education for their active role in successfully executing this initiative. 

At the end of the event, Dr. Al-Saleem extended her appreciation to the students of the college for their distinguished efforts in making this event a success, wishing everyone a new year filled with goodness and achievements.​
