Lecture on Mental Health
The Department of Political Education and Educational Guidance / Deanship of Student Affairs held a lecture on mental health on Tuesday, November 26, presented by the psychological counselor (Esraa Shdeifat) from the Association of Arab Women. The lecture included several key topics, the most important of which were the definition of mental health, its importance, and its impact on the individual in society. The counselor mentioned that mental health does not mean the absence of diseases but rather entails social and self-adjustment, as well as feelings of satisfaction, happiness, vitality, and stability.
