The Vice President of the University for Planning, Development, and Quality, Professor Mohannad Nazzal, inaugurates the Middle Management Course.

​As part of the training plan for university staff, and with the aim of building their capacities and enhancing their administrative skills, the Vice President for Planning, Development, and Quality, Professor Mohanad Nazzal, inaugurated the Middle Management course, which is being conducted through the Center for Consultancy, Training, and Capacity Building at Al al-Bayt University. Dr. Nazzal emphasized the importance of the course in empowering employees to perform their roles in building the university and achieving its goals. The course lasts for a month, covering thirty-three training hours, and includes various topics related to systems and legislations, human resources, communication skills, leadership and innovation, total quality management, the significance of investment in universities, how to prepare budgets, how to measure performance indicators, the electronic dimension of management, time management priorities, how to solve administrative problems, and decision-making, in addition to oversight, strategic planning, and small to medium-sized projects. The opening was attended by the Director of the Consultancy Center, Dr. Saif Al-Din Ahmad Al-Rababeh, the Assistant Director of the Center, Dr. Najah Al-Sanasleh, and the supervisor of the course, Ms. Layla Al-Sukhni.
