On Thursday, Al al-Bayt University and Huawei signed a memorandum of understanding in the capital, Amman, to enhance education in the field of information and communications technology. The memorandums of understanding signed with 12 Jordanian universities aim to develop joint work, training courses, and certificates, by benefiting from the company’s technologies in the information and communications technology sector. The memorandum of understanding was signed on behalf of Al al-Bayt University, on behalf of its president, Professor Dr. Hani Akho Irshaideh, Vice President for Community Affairs and International Relations, and on behalf of Huawei, its general manager, Adam Shang. The program will provide students with access to comprehensive courses in information and communications technology designed to provide them with the practical skills and certifications necessary to succeed in the technology sector. The signing of the memorandums of understanding came under the auspices of the Ministries of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Higher Education and Scientific Research.
