Regarding theDates of the University Competency Exam

The date for the University Competency Exam for students expected to graduate in the first semester of 2024/2025 has been set for Monday, 2/12/2024. Please adhere to the following:
1. The exam is for students expected to graduate in the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025.
2. The exam is mandatory and a requirement for graduation.
3. The exam will take place in the university laboratories at the Electronic Learning Center, Tirmidhi Building (Languages Center, Al-Biruni Square).

First: Students are divided by their academic families, not by colleges; here are some notes related to families and majors:
Political Science is within the Arts family
English Language is within the Languages family.
Physical Education is within the Sports family.
Management Information Systems is within the Computer family.
Second: The exam consists of two screens; one for selecting the university and one for entering the student ID number. The student enters their ID number in the allocated time, and their name and major will appear on the exam screen.
Third: The duration of the exam is only one and a half hours; please arrive at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled time.
