The University of Al al-Bayt congratulates the students accepted into the parallel program at the University of Al al-Bayt for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025. It announces the procedures for completing the acceptance of newly admitted students in the parallel program (the first batch) for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025, starting from the morning of Monday, September 30, 2024, until the end of Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Any delay beyond the set date will result in the student being marked as non-attending and will lose their right to their seat according to the following procedures:
1. A message will be sent informing the student of their acceptance into the specialization along with their university number and password to the phone number used in the application submission.
2. The required fee amount must be paid by the student according to the table below based on the specialization they were accepted into.

The amounts above include the admission fees for the bachelor's program in the parallel program, which are paid once, in addition to the quarterly service fees and the fees for the number of credit hours that the student will register for according to the first semester package for each specialization.

Important Notes:
1- After paying the full fees according to the required amount for each specialization, the student will take the placement tests in Arabic, English, and computer skills. To find out the schedule for the placement tests, the student must log into their portal using the university ID as the username and the password sent in the admission message within 24 hours of paying the fees (click here to access the student portal).
2- After taking the placement tests, the student must go to the Admissions and Registration Department to submit the required documents (a certified high school transcript or its equivalent, a certified comprehensive certificate for bridge students, a certified copy of the Jordanian ID for Jordanian students, and a personal identification document for non-Jordanian students).
3- Courses for new students will be registered within 48 hours after taking the three placement tests (without needing to visit the university).
4- Students can view or print their class schedule from their student portal. Access to the student portal is done using the university ID as the username and the password that was sent in the acceptance message (click here to access the student portal).
5- The student bears legal and financial responsibility if their documents are incorrect or violate university admission policies, and they are not entitled to request a refund of any financial amounts. Their acceptance will be considered null and void.
6- Regarding the university ID, it will be issued later, and the Deanship of Student Affairs will announce the dates and location for the distribution of the cards.
7- After completing the admission and registration procedures, students must visit the university's website to review the student guide and the instructions related to obtaining a bachelor's degree from the student portal at the following link: (www.aabu.edu.jo).
8- Jordanian male students must defer their military service booklet during the first semester from the Military Service Office within the university between the dates of 1/10/2024 and 25/11/2024; otherwise, they will not be able to register for courses in the upcoming second semester.
