Announcement issued by Al al-Bayt University / Procedures for receiving new students at the university for the first academic semester of 2024/2025 through the Unified Admission Coordination Unit.

The procedures for welcoming new students accepted into the university for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025 through the Unified Acceptance Coordination Unit are as follows:

Al al-Bayt University invites students accepted via the Unified Admission Coordination Unit for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year to complete their acceptance electronically (no need to visit the university) starting from the morning of Wednesday, September 25, 2024, until the end of the working day on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The following procedures will apply:

1. Obtain your university ID number and find out the fees to be paid through the university's website.
2. Pay the required fees obtained from the link in the first point above through e-Fawateer or at the nearest bank branch, exchange shops, or any entity that is part of the e-payment service.

Important Notes:

- After fully paying the required fees via e-payment, the student must take placement exams in Arabic, English, and Computer Skills. To know the exam schedules, students should log into their student portal using their university ID as the username and their national number as the password within 24 hours of payment.
- Courses for new students will be registered within 48 hours after taking the three placement exams (no need to visit the university).
- Students can view or print their schedules through the university's website using only their national number or seat number, or via the student portal.
- Jordanian students accepted through the unified acceptance portal can log into the student portal once using their university ID; the password will be their national number. Students must change their password and activate their mobile number during their first login to the portal.
- University ID cards will be issued later, and the Student Affairs Deanship will announce the date and location for distributing the university IDs.
- After completing the admission and registration procedures, students should visit the university's website to view the student guide about the portal and instructions related to obtaining a bachelor's degree at the following link: (www.aabu.edu.jo).
- Male Jordanian students must defer their mandatory military service during the first semester through the Military Service Office within the university before November 10, 2024; otherwise, they won’t be able to register for courses in the upcoming second semester.
