Nusier Congratulates on the Anniversary of Karama and Salutes Jordanian Mothers.

President of Al al-Bayt University, Professor Osama Nus​​ier, said: "Today, on the twenty-first of March, we remember with all meanings of pride and glory, the immortal anniversary of the Battle of Karama, in which our Arab army – the brave Jordanian army – under its victorious Hashemite leadership, wrote the most wonderful images of heroism and sacrifice, and behind it stood the loyal Jordanian people. Karama was a bright page in the history of the nation, a timeless journey in the record of the glories of our brave army, and a distinctive mark that confirmed that dignity and honor are the essence of the Jordanian personality."

On this dear national occasion, we extend our highest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, and to His Highness Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince, and to all members of our Jordanian armed forces – the Arab Army – and our security services, and to the people of Jordan. We also remember with all reverence and loyalty the righteous martyrs who sacrificed their pure souls in defense of the soil of the nation and the issues of the nation, and we affirm that their sacrifices will remain a beacon illuminating the path of future generations.

We, at Al al-Bayt University, administration, faculty, staff, and students, affirm our pride in this fragrant memory, which will remain a source of pride and inspiration for us all. We also value the positions of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, may God protect him, and his tireless efforts in promoting the process of construction and development, and preserving the security and stability of the nation. We affirm our support behind his wise leadership in continuing the path of glory and pride, and exerting all efforts to contribute to the advancement of our dear country.

On the occasion of Mother's Day, we extend the highest meanings of appreciation and respect to every Jordanian mother, in recognition of her great role in building the family and society. We especially salute the mothers of the nation's martyrs, who offered their beloved children in defense of Jordan and its dignity. We also express our pride in all the Jordanian women who present the honorable model in giving, and contribute to the advancement of the nation in various fields.

May the country, its leader, and its mothers be well every year, and may Jordan remain an oasis of security, honor, and dignity.
