Al al-Bayt University extends its sincere congratulations to the student Qusai Alaa Al-Alimat and the student Lama Jaafar Smara, president and vice president of the Dialogue and Debate Club in the Deanship of Student Affairs, on the occasion of their graduation and their success in completing the training program for political and civil participation affiliated with the Ministry of Youth.
The program lasted for nearly six months, during which there were 80 hours of intensive training focused on developing leadership skills and enhancing youth capabilities in the areas of community influence, planning, and communication, within an interactive training environment that allowed the sharing of experiences and the exchange of knowledge among participants.
The participants were selected after undergoing careful evaluation stages that included tests and interviews before a specialized committee, aimed at measuring their experience in youth and volunteer work, and their readiness to assume leadership responsibilities with awareness and competence.
The coordination and follow-up from the university was supervised by the Director of the Political Education Department, Mr. Abdul Halim Abu Dalbouh.
All the best to Qusai and Lama, with sincere wishes for them for more progress and excellence in serving the university and the country.
