Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, and under the supervision of the English Department, represented by the Head of the Department, Dr. Baraa Al-Ababneh, Dr. Alaa Maani, Dr. Salim Al-Obayya, and Dr. Lamia Amoush, a delegation of students from the English Department at Al al-Bayt University made a field visit to the "Mafraq Plains Association for the Care of Orphans" on Thursday.

This visit comes as part of the college's efforts to enhance its role in serving the local community and supporting humanitarian initiatives aimed at bringing joy and happiness to orphaned children.

The visit included a review of the association's activities and the distribution of gifts and toys to approximately thirty children in an atmosphere full of joy and positive interaction.

Students from the English Department played a pivotal role in organizing the events and interacting with the children by supervising entertainment segments, presenting gifts, and contributing to creating a friendly environment that brings joy to their hearts, reflecting the students' commitment to the spirit of volunteer work and social responsibility.

The head of the association expressed his thanks to Al al-Bayt University and the Faculty of Foreign Languages for this humanitarian gesture, stressing the importance of continuing cooperation in a way that serves the community and enhances the values of giving.​
