Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Dr. Muayad Shawaqfeh, the Department of Architectural Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering organized a poetry evening celebrating the beauty of the word and its role in building awareness and establishing cultural identity.

The evening, which was moderated by the Head of the Department of Architectural Engineering, Dr. Safaa Al-Husban, dealt with a collection of social, national, and humanitarian poems, in which Professor Dr. Harbi Al-Masri from the Faculty of Science, Professor Dr. Saqr Al-Sqour from the Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Safaa Al-Husban from the Faculty of Engineering participated. This took place on the Al-Hassan amphitheater stage at Al al-Bayt University.

It is worth mentioning that this poetry evening is the first of its kind in the Faculty of Engineering, and it was greatly appreciated by students and those interested, who sailed in the realms of magic and hope through letters woven with love of the homeland, and full of a fragrance that captivates listeners.

At the conclusion of the evening, which was coordinated by Dr. Safaa Al-Husban and attended by a large number of faculty, administrative staff, students, and those interested, Al-Husban presented verses from free verse poems from her blog, which won the admiration of the audience.
