Al al-Bayt University participates in the inauguration of one of the international projects funded by the European Union.
Based on the confirmation of Al al-Bayt University's role at the international level, Al al-Bayt University participated in the opening Kick-off Meeting for one of the international projects that won funding from the European Union worth 800,000 euros under the Erasmus+ program for the year 2024. This project is titled "Modernization of Land and Urban Management Education in the Southern Mediterranean." The event took place in Cairo, Egypt, from February 9 to 13. Al al-Bayt University's participation was represented by the project's director, Dr. Rami Al-Shawabkeh, and project member Professor Dr. Aakif Al-Fuqara. This project is in collaboration with universities from the Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Egypt, and Morocco. The aim of this project is to build capacities and develop the skills of faculty members and students in the fields of urban planning and artificial intelligence.
