Active participation of Al al-Bayt University in supporting women's leadership in the Jordanian Badiyah.
Under the patronage of Her Highness Princess Basma bint Ali, and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Youth, Engineer Yazan Al-Shdifat, Dr. Hatim Al-Masaeed, Director of the Center for Sustainable Development and Women's Empowerment at Al-Bayt University, participated in the ceremony held to celebrate the graduation of participants in the Jordanian Women's Leadership Preparation Program.
During the ceremony, Dr. Al-Masaeed received an honorary shield in recognition of the outstanding efforts made by Al-Bayt University and the Center for Sustainable Development and Women's Empowerment in the success of this program. This recognition reflects the pivotal role the university plays in empowering Jordanian women and enhancing their participation in various areas of life.
The program, organized by the Hashemite Fund for the Development of the Jordanian Badia in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, aims to enhance leadership skills and positive thinking among women, with 85 women from the Jordanian Badia participating. It lasted for three months and included intensive training covering effective leadership, preparing and qualifying women leaders, and enhancing leadership thinking.
Dr. Al-Masaeed emphasized the university's commitment to supporting such initiatives that enhance the role of women in society, stressing the importance of continuing to develop women's leadership skills to enable them to face challenges and contribute effectively to achieving sustainable development.
This achievement reflects Al-Bayt University's commitment to enhancing community partnerships and providing support for programs aimed at empowering Jordanian women, in alignment with the university's vision and community mission.
