Al al-Bayt University and the Crown Prince Foundation organize a workshop titled (Sharing the Experience and Journey with Airbus Trainees)

Al al-Bayt University, in collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation, organized a workshop titled "Sharing Experience and Journey with Airbus Trainees," coordinated with the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the university. This initiative is part of the Crown Prince Foundation's commitment to building a bright future for youth in Jordanian universities, inspiring and guiding them to engage in serving and developing their communities, and it stems from the university and foundation's belief in the importance of empowering youth and enhancing their capabilities.

Dr. Hatem Al-Masaid, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, discussed the center's role in networking with national and international centers and institutions and participating in pioneering projects both nationally and internationally. He emphasized the importance of holding such activities, which align with the center's methodology and plans, and its role in honing the skills, knowledge, and experiences of university students.

Mustafa Al-Khawaldeh, Coordinator of the Crown Prince Foundation's office in Mafraq, introduced the attendees to the foundation's goals and strategy, outlining the key areas of focus that the foundation works on, which open doors for all those seeking leadership and excellence.

Tala Hashem, a computer engineer who received a training opportunity through the Crown Prince Foundation, shared her experience with the students, explaining the programs offered by the foundation, the application process, eligibility criteria, and the duration and location of the training in France. She discussed the main themes of the training at Airbus, a leading company in the aviation world, mentioning the positive impacts on cognitive and personal development. She also encouraged trainees to present a positive image of Jordan, promote awareness of the country, and motivate youth to pursue such opportunities.

Mr. Tareq Al-Omoush from the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship spoke about the center's role in offering training programs for students to prepare them for the job market, such as the Skills Program and the "Aspire" initiative, which the center will launch this month.

A number of administrators from the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Center for Sustainable Development and Women's Empowerment, along with a large number of university students, attended the event.
