The Quality and Development Center organizes a training workshop for new faculty members.
The Vice President for Planning, Development, and Quality, Professor Mohannad Nazzal, inaugurated a training workshop for newly appointed faculty members at the university. During the workshop, Nazzal emphasized the importance of holding such courses, which would enhance faculty members' ability to keep up with modern developments in the learning and teaching process and integrate e-learning into the training process.
Dr. Nazzal outlined the university's approach to following a policy of development and renewal in qualifying new faculty members and familiarizing them with the instructions, regulations, and laws applied at Al al-Bayt University through the training courses and workshops organized by the Quality and Development Center.
The Quality and Development Center is holding a series of training courses this week that include several key areas, most notably: ethics of higher education and scientific research, preparation of tests and assessment of student learning, university laws, regulations, and instructions, effective university teaching methods, e-learning and the use of technology in education, and quality policies and procedures at the university.
