Procedures for welcoming new students admitted to the university for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year through the Unified Admission Coordination Unit.

Al al-Bayt University invites accepted students through the unified admission coordination unit, or those who have chosen incorrectly, transfers, children of Jordanian women, or requests to switch majors or universities, for students benefiting from the exceptional grants for tribes’ children in schools in the Jordanian badia and schools with special circumstances, for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025. Their admission procedures will be completed electronically (no need to visit the university) starting from the morning of Wednesday, September 25, 2024, until the end of business on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Any delay beyond the specified date will be considered a resignation by the student, who will lose their seat according to the following procedures:

- Obtain the university ID number and find out the amount of fees to be paid through the university's website.
- Pay the required fees obtained from the link in item 1 above through e-Fawateercom or at the nearest bank branch, exchange shops, or any entity participating in the e-payment service.

Important Notes:

- After fully paying the required fees through the e-payment service, the student must take the placement exams in Arabic, English, and Computer Science. To know the exam dates, the student should log into the student portal using their university ID as the username and their secret number (seat number) within 24 hours of paying the fees.
- Courses will be registered for new students within 48 hours after taking the three placement exams (without needing to visit the university).
- Students can view or print their schedules through the university website using the national number for Jordanian students, the serial number for non-Jordanians, or just the seat number or through the student portal.
- Jordanian or non-Jordanian students accepted through unified admission can access the student portal once only using their university ID; the secret number will be their seat number, and students must change their secret number and activate their mobile phone number during their first entry to the portal. 
- The university ID cards will be issued later, and the Student Affairs Department will announce the date and location for ID distribution.
- After completing the admission and registration procedures, students must visit the university's website to check the student guide from the student portal and the regulations related to obtaining a bachelor's degree at the following link: (www.aabu.edu.jo).
- Jordanian male students must postpone their military service booklet during the first semester from the military service office inside the university before the date of November 10, 2024; otherwise, they will not be able to register for courses in the upcoming second semester.
