Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or Computer Science.  
Candidates should have knowledge in research performance monitoring, research capacity development, and policy and priority matters for scientific research projects.
Quality and Development Center Head of Academic Information Quality Section
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences.  
Candidates should have knowledge in preparing course descriptions and academic programs (Course File).  
Candidates should have knowledge in preparing university policies and procedures.  
Candidates should have knowledge in preparing executive plans.

Candidates must adhere to the employee selection criteria for the position of Chief of Staff.  
Head of Faculty Members Division  
Applicants should be familiar with the nature of the work carried out by the Human Resources Department and its regulations.  
Head of Auditing Division  
Applicants should be familiar with the nature of the work carried out by the Human Resources Department and its regulations.  
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences or Law.  
Public Relations Department  
Head of Media Division  
Applicants must hold a relevant qualification directly related to the work of the department.  
Must have at least two years of experience in the required position.  

E-Learning Center  
Head of Computerized Exams Division  
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.  
Must have knowledge of the E-Learning Center's operations.  
Must be able to work outside official hours.  

General Details and Conditions:  

Division Head:  
Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience.  
Annual performance evaluations should not be less than Very Good over the past three years.  
Should not have received any of the penalties stated in the employee regulations, except for warning penalties and penalties that date back more than five years.  
Must have completed a mid-management training course.  
If the vacancy requires a specialization, the applicant must have a qualification directly related to the department's work and at least three years of experience in the relevant organization.  
Chief of Staff:  
Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience.  
Annual performance evaluations should not be less than Very Good over the past three years.

Must have completed a mid-management training course.
