Influence of Incentives on the Architect as the Leader of Designing Team

This research aims to study impact of motivation on architects. It concentrates on architects and their assistants who work for the public sector in Jordan. The Study shows that architects consider significant motives more important than substantial ones. The first important material motive came eleventh, where salary came fifteenth in its importance.
