Deanship of Student Affairs / Department of Political Education / Student Bodies Division organizes a course entitled "Negotiation Management and Conflict Resolution"

The Deanship of Student Affairs organized a training course titled "Negotiation Management and Conflict Resolution" on Sunday, 4/8/2026. The course lasted for 3 hours and was presented by Mr. Mohammed Shawaqfeh, head of the Student Bodies Division.


The course aimed to equip students with the necessary skills to handle conflict situations, effective negotiation techniques, and mechanisms to reach solutions that satisfy all parties, thereby contributing to the promotion of a culture of dialogue within the university environment.


Mr. Mohammed Shawaqfeh, head of the Student Bodies Division, presented the course, covering several key areas, including:


* The concept of conflict, its causes, and stages

* Stages of successful negotiation and the seven elements of negotiation

* Conflict resolution strategies

* Communication and persuasion skills


The course witnessed significant interaction from participating students from various student bodies, who expressed their benefit from the practical content and applications provided by the trainer.


At the end of the course, the Deanship of Student Affairs affirmed its commitment to continuing to hold such programs aimed at developing students' leadership skills and enhancing their role in building a university environment based on understanding and communication. Certificates were distributed to the participants.
