This enables them to gain exposure to the actual work environment, apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired during their studies, hone their technical and professional skills, and gain practical experiences that enhance their future opportunities in the labor market.

The agreement also includes Irbid Electricity Company's efforts, within available capabilities, to contribute to the employment of students trained by them, in addition to granting them certified certificates proving the completion of a six-month training and qualification period. This supports their resumes and enhances their ability to compete for job opportunities.

He pointed out that the university attaches great importance to practical and applied training for its students as a fundamental pillar in preparing graduates who possess knowledge, skill, and the ability to compete.

Nusier added that cooperation with Irbid Electricity Company will open wider horizons for university students to acquire practical experiences and skills in a real work environment. He stressed that this partnership will reflect positively on students, the university, and the company, and will contribute to enhancing integration between the two parties in the fields of education, training, and qualification, serving national development and promoting investment in Jordanian competencies and youth energies.
