The Faculty of Technical Education Organizes a Lecture on Business Intelligence at Al al-Bayt University


The Faculty of Technical Education at Al al-Bayt University hosted Dr. Ibrahim Abdul Hameed Abu Al-Sondes from the Middle East University to talk about business intelligence between opportunities and challenges in the digital age.


In it, Dr. Abu Al-Sondes discussed the importance of digital transformation in institutions, and the role of business intelligence as a strategic tool that contributes to improving the efficiency of institutional performance and enhancing the ability to make data-driven decisions. He also pointed out that modern trends at the regional and global levels confirm the need to adopt digital technologies to support the national economy and enhance the competitiveness of institutions in various sectors.


Dr. Abu Sandes reviewed the most prominent opportunities offered by business intelligence, such as supporting innovation and creating more flexible and responsive work environments, in addition to the challenges associated with digital infrastructure, information security, and the need for qualified human resources capable of dealing with these technologies efficiently.


The Dean of the College, Dr. Majed Al-Harahsheh, stressed the importance of keeping pace with technological developments and linking them to national trends, in a way that contributes to building a digital economy based on knowledge and innovation, and opens up new horizons for students in this vital field. He also called on students to benefit from these modern topics and engage in developing their digital skills in line with the requirements of the accelerating labor market.


At the end of the lecture, which was attended by the Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Ahmed Ali, a number of faculty members and students, Dr. Abu Al-Sondes received a certificate of appreciation for his scientific efforts.
