Al al-Bayt University's International Relations Office Conducts an Exchange Visit to the University of International Studies in Rome

​​Within the framework of strengthening international academic partnerships, the International Relations Office at Al al-Bayt University carried out an exchange visit to the University of International Studies in Rome, with the participation of Dr. Laith Abu Aliqa, Director of the International Relations Department, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Adhamat, where academic meetings were held with a number of Italian universities and seven universities from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to discuss areas of cooperation in higher education, scientific research, and academic exchange programs.


Mr. Ahmed Al-Adhamat gave a presentation on the internationalization strategy at Al al-Bayt University and mechanisms for developing international partnerships and enhancing academic mobility for students and faculty members. Dr. Laith Abu Aliqa also gave a presentation on the growing role of artificial intelligence in reshaping international relations, its impact on globalization and the labor market, and the most prominent opportunities and challenges in employing these technologies in international decision-making and economic development.


Student Wissal Nassar, from Al al-Bayt University, majoring in Italian language, who is currently studying at the University of Rome within the Erasmus+ program, also participated with a presentation on her international experience and the role of the International Relations Office in facilitating student exchange and building global partnerships.


At the conclusion of the visit, agreement was reached on practical steps to sign scientific and academic agreements that enhance institutional cooperation and support the position of Al al-Bayt University regionally and internationally.​​
