The Cultural and Social Activity Department, in cooperation with the Crown Prince Foundation office in Al-Mafraq, organizes a training workshop entitled "From Idea to Impact: How to Turn Our Ideas into Volunteer Initiatives."

The Deanship of Student Affairs/Department of Cultural and Social Activity at Al al-Bayt University, in cooperation with the Crown Prince Foundation's office in Al-Mafraq, organized a training workshop entitled "From Idea to Impact: How to Transform Our Ideas into Voluntary Initiatives," presented by trainer Saniya Al-Naddaf with the participation of a number of university students.
Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Alimat, welcomed the participants, stressing the importance of spreading the culture of volunteering and enhancing the role of youth in serving their university and local community. The Director of Activities, Dr. Muhammad Basbous, also praised the continued cooperation with the Crown Prince Foundation, while Ms. Bara'a Jabour, Assistant Coordinator of the Mafraq Office, stressed the importance of holding the workshop in conjunction with the International Volunteer Day.
The workshop included a set of themes that focused on the skills of generating ideas, formulating goals according to the SMART methodology, and building a model of the initiative, in addition to operational planning, implementation mechanisms, and impact measurement. The students participated in interactive activities that enabled them to transform their ideas into applicable initiative models.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the participants expressed their appreciation for the applied content, which helped them develop their skills in designing volunteer initiatives, while emphasizing the importance of continuing this type of training activity at the university.
