Within the framework of academic cooperation between Al al-Bayt University and West Visayas State University (WVSU) in the Philippines, Professor Mahmoud Al-Miqdadi delivered a specialized scientific lecture via video communication technology to postgraduate students at the Philippine University, entitled "Education System in Jordan." During the lecture, he discussed the philosophy of education in Jordan, educational policies, educational stages and their objectives, in addition to reviewing educational associations, initiatives, and programs, and highlighting the most prominent innovations and achievements of the Jordanian educational system.

This lecture was part of the activities of the International Scientific Symposium entitled "**Learning Beyond Borders: Global Dialogues on Educational Systems and Policies**," which is organized in the context of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two universities, and in coordination between the Deanship of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al al-Bayt University, and Dr. Elias Olapane, International Relations Officer at (WVSU) University, and in the presence of the Campus Director and the Director of Academic Affairs at the Philippine University.

This event aims to enhance academic and cultural cooperation and the exchange of educational experiences and knowledge between the two institutions. The lecture was met with great interaction from the attendees, who praised its rich information and the quality of the presentation.

The event – which was held in the Centennial Hall at the Faculty of Educational Sciences – was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Youssef Miqdadi, the Deputy Dean, Professor Hammoud Alimat, the Assistant Dean, Dr. Saleh Al-Khawaldeh, the Head of the Curriculum and Instruction Department, Dr. Mamoun Al-Zboon, in addition to a number of faculty members and students.​​
