A group of students and teachers from the Latin Patriarchate Mixed Secondary School in Mafraq visits the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Al al-Bayt University.

In order to enhance communication with the local community and encourage high school students to learn about the diverse academic disciplines, the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​at Al al-Bayt University received a group of high school students from the Latin Patriarchate High School for Boys and Girls in Mafraq, under the supervision of teachers Areej Sahawneh and Raeda Haddad.

The visit came at the invitation of the Faculty’s External Activities Committee, and aimed to introduce students to the academic programs, university facilities, and services provided by the Faculty.

The visit began with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, who gave an overview of the Faculty's departments and achievements. Then, the students embarked on a tour that included attending study lectures, visiting the semi-Olympic swimming pool, the gymnasium, and the new Faculty building.

The visiting students also listened to a detailed explanation from faculty members and student volunteers about the available majors, student activities, and student support services, with emphasis on the Faculty's most prominent achievements in the academic fields, extracurricular activities, and cultural competitions.

At the end of the visit, the students and teachers expressed their gratitude to the university and faculty administration for the warm reception, expressing their admiration for the academic level and infrastructure of the university.

It is worth noting that the visit was organized under the follow-up of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, and the Head of the External Activities Committee, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharif, and under the supervision of Dr. Lamis Al-Lozi from the Department of Spanish Language and Dr. Hiyam Al-Badareen from the Department of French Language, in addition to a group of student volunteers.
