Vice President Muhannad Nazzal Opens Performance Evaluation Course for University Employees

The Vice President of the University for Quality and Development, Professor Dr. Muhannad Akram Nazzal, opened the course "Performance Evaluation for Administrative Staff at the University," stressing that holding such courses aims to empower administrative staff, plan for the future away from randomness, understand the nature of evaluation and performance indicators that govern work, and how to use them to improve performance.


For his part, the Director of the Center for Consulting, Training and Capacity Building, Dr. Saif Al-Din Ahmed Al-Rababah, welcomed the participants in the course, and affirmed the center's keenness to hold more training programs for workers in the university and the local community, with the aim of developing their skills and capabilities in a way that positively reflects on the work environment.


The lecturer of the course, Dr. Moqbel Al-Sharafaat, explained the themes of the course, which focused on enabling participants to measure and formulate institutional performance indicators in an integrated manner, with their ideal application to achieve the desired development.


The opening was attended by: Assistant Director for Training, Dr. Najah Al-Sanasleh, Assistant Director, Ms. Laila Al-Sokhni, and the Training Division Coordinator, Mr. Abdullah Al-Shara'a.
