In continuation of the qualitative leap being made by Al al-Bayt University, the university has achieved a prominent academic achievement by obtaining a "Five Stars" rating according to the global QS Stars system, and this is from the first time it has applied for this prestigious rating. This achievement reflects the university's excellence in achieving the global standards adopted by the QS Stars organization to evaluate the performance of universities worldwide, which enhances its position at the local, regional, and international levels, contributes to attracting international students, and expands its academic partnerships.

The university underwent a thorough evaluation that included eight main criteria, including learning and teaching, which measures the quality of the academic environment and the extent of students' satisfaction with the quality of education, in addition to the percentage of academics holding a doctorate. The percentage of graduate employment and the extent of employers' satisfaction with their performance and the services provided in the field of career guidance were also evaluated. With regard to internationality, the percentage of international students and faculty members, the number of nationalities in the university, and the number of students enrolled in academic exchange programs were considered. The evaluation also included academic development, which reflects the university's efforts to develop its teaching staff and strengthen its membership in local and international academic networks.

The evaluation process was not limited to academic aspects only, but also included the educational environment, in terms of the availability of health and sports services, libraries, and other facilities that enhance the student experience. The quality of the museum, broadcasting services, and cultural and artistic events, which reflect the university's interest in cultural and artistic aspects, were also measured. In addition, the inclusiveness criterion stood out, which reflects the university's commitment to supporting students with limited incomes by providing scholarships and loans, in addition to providing the necessary services for students with special needs. The strength of academic programs was one of the aspects that was evaluated, focusing on the level of student satisfaction and the local and international accreditations obtained by the academic programs.

The President of Al al-Bayt University, Professor Osama Nusair, congratulated the university family, including faculty, administrative staff, and students, on this outstanding achievement, noting that this success is a clear reflection of the university's commitment to providing the best academic services, and its keenness to achieve leadership and excellence in the fields of education, scientific research, and knowledge industry. He also stressed the importance of the accreditation and quality assurance axis in the university and its importance in strengthening its position and consolidating standards of excellence and quality according to a clear strategic vision.
