Representing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Al al-Bayt University, student Farhan Mufleh Khawaldeh participated in the sixth program for training Arab youth leaders – in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, hosted by the University of Sharjah in collaboration with the Arab Universities Union and the Leadership Institute.

As part of Al al-Bayt University's commitment to empowering its students and supporting their participation in distinguished academic and leadership events, student Farhan Mufleh Khawaldeh, representing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Al al-Bayt University, participated in the sixth program for training Arab youth leaders – in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, which was hosted by the University of Sharjah, in collaboration with the Arab Universities Union and the Leadership Institute, under the patronage of prominent academic leaders and with the participation of a select group of ambitious Arab youth.

The program aims to qualify future leaders by developing their skills in leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and project management, with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and artificial intelligence, through specialized workshops, interactive training sessions, and scientific and field tours.

Student Khawaldeh affirmed that this participation represented a significant milestone in his academic and professional journey, as he underwent intensive training experiences that allowed him to interact with experts and academics from various Arab countries, exchanging experiences in the fields of leadership, innovation, and sustainable development. The program also included specialized scientific visits, notably a visit to the Sharjah Academy for Astronomy and Space Sciences, where they explored the latest developments in space and scientific exploration.

For his part, the President of Al al-Bayt University praised this distinguished participation, affirming the university's commitment to supporting its students in participating in regional and international forums, which contributes to enhancing their leadership and innovative capabilities, qualifying them to be pioneers in development at both the national and international levels.

Student Farhan Khawaldeh also expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to Al al-Bayt University in general, and the Deanship of Student Affairs in particular, for their effective role in supporting their students and opening avenues for them to participate in such global programs, which help in preparing future leaders and empowering them to face challenges with confidence and ambitious vision.​
