A lecture at Al al-Bayt University to introduce the STEP program.

The Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Al al-Bayt University, in collaboration with the Spark Organization and the Business Development Center, is launching the STEP program funded by the Islamic Development Bank and the Abdulaziz Al Ghoraire Foundation for Education of Refugees. This program will provide training opportunities for job market skills, along with on-the-job training for three months in the private sector.

Trainer Leen Salameh from the Business Development Center stated that the STEP program offers several free services, the most important of which is practical training for three months in the private sector that includes training in life and job skills. 

She added that trainees will receive a participation certificate upon completing the training requirements. Additionally, she clarified that the eligibility criteria to apply for the program for Jordanians and refugees is that they must be aged between 18 and 24 years, whether they are graduates or students expected to graduate during the current semester. 

The meeting was attended by Dr. Hatim Al-Masa'ed, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with the center's staff, and the discussion was led by Tareq Al-Omoush, Head of the Business Incubators Department.
