Department Objectives and Values

1. Establish and develop the department using advanced systems that keep pace with innovations enhancing the educational process at the university, while aligning with the university's vision, mission, and goals.

2. Ensure that the university's supply needs are met by coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries within a comprehensive administrative system. This involves overseeing and monitoring inventory, accurately recording supplies in the university's records, and disposing of damaged items through write-offs, sales, or donations.

3. Serve the local community by donating items such as equipment, furniture, and stationery to associations, schools, and cultural and educational centers, as part of the university's support.

4. The department aims to instill a set of values and ethics among its employees to fulfil its vision and mission. These values include establishing institutional work practices, as well as promoting transparency, integrity, fairness, impartiality, and teamwork.
