Which is concerned with everything related to faculty members at the university, where the division implements the procedures for appointing, promoting and confirming faculty members, following up on the annual increase due to them, archiving their files, in addition to following up vacations, resignations, and work starts, and assigning sabbatical leaves, secondments, and assignments to and from the university.​
