Training and Development Division

 

The Division is responsible for identifying the training needs of the members of the administrative body, developing an appropriate training plan and implementing it according to the rules, in coordination with the designated authorities, with the aim of qualifying the employees to keep abreast of developments and developments, raising their efficiency and effectiveness in their jobs, providing them with skills, experience and increasing knowledge.

 

 Division tasks and duties:

 

1.  Determining the training needs of members of the administrative body.

2.  Selection of trainees according to training needs models.

3.  Implementation of the training plan in all its stages.

4.  Coordinating with the counseling center and any other centers within the university in order to hold special courses.

5.  Receipt of transactions related to the work of the Division.

6.  Follow-up transactions and supervise the workflow within the division.

7.  Creating books and correspondence related to the work of the division and presenting them to the direct supervisor.

8.  Participate in the preparation of the evaluation of the performance of the employees in the division.

9.  Carrying out any work assigned to him by his direct supervisor so that it does not conflict with the nature of his work.

10. Participate in the committees assigned to it.

11. Full supervision of the completion of transactions within the division in accordance with regulations and instructions.

12. Audit, follow-up and supervise transactions within the division.​
