The
Presidency Office Department was established in early April of the year
1993 , and on August 8, 2005 , the Deans Council issued a decision to
change the name to the “Administrative Affairs Department.” The
department is directly linked to Professor Dr. Vice President for
Administrative and Financial Affairs. For all colleges, units,
departments and centers of the university, and undertakes all the work
entrusted to them in accordance with the laws, regulations and
instructions in force at the university.
The
department undertakes the task of supplying internal and external mail,
both on paper and computer, and presents it to the university president
and his honorable deputies. After that, their explanations and
decisions are followed up with all relevant authorities. The department
also works to ensure that outgoing mail is sent to all internal and
external parties.
The department archives all paper and electronic transactions and exports them to the relevant authorities via e-mail.
