1- Supervising all incoming and outgoing books, documents and correspondence.

2- Sorting and classifying incoming and outgoing books

3- Printing reports and letters

4- Electronic archiving of all transactions.

5- Follow up on responses to transactions accompanied by explanations from the President and his deputies and ensure that they are not delayed.

6- Uploading all electronically archived transactions to the university database through the electronic archiving system prepared for this purpose.​
