The Center for Environmental, Water, and Energy Research at Al al-Bayt University, in collaboration with the Water Research and Innovation Unit at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, organized a scientific lecture about "Research Priorities in the Water Sector" in the Bakheit Auditorium at Al al-Bayt University.

Dr. Amal Al-Sayahin, the director of the Water Research and Innovation Unit at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, discussed the vision and plans of the ministry to find solutions to some of the water-related issues facing Jordan through intensive collaboration with research and scientific entities, especially universities.

She outlined the key research priorities in the water sector and urged graduate students to work on them, emphasizing the provision of all necessary facilities for students and universities to encourage scientific research in accordance with the directions of His Majesty the King and the vision for economic modernization.

Dr. Ibrahim Hamdan, the director of the Center for Environmental, Water, and Energy Research, confirmed that this lecture aims to highlight the challenges facing the water sector in Jordan and the need to harness scientific research to find effective and innovative solutions to these problems, as well as support for graduate students in implementation of the directives and visions of the esteemed university president.
